Hercules Tools Trouble shoot- cannot detect camera

Occasionally Hercules Tools will fail to save the IP address of the IP camera after camera is detected.  Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

1. Search the camera as usual.

2. Do not check on the box when the camera is detected.

3. Write down the information about the IP camera ( model, name, IP address)

4. Manual enter IP camera information in each column.

5. Click save.
